We source our ingredients from the finest Italian suppliers, such as our Italian 00 flour that has been milled by the same family for over 80 years. We then make our dough daily in house and prove it for 48-72 hours to develop incredible flavour. Our San Marzano tomatoes come from Naples. We source our fruit and veg as locally as possible.
