HOP was born on a street corner in Hanoi, Vietnam. Founder Paul Hopper was enjoying his third bowl of Pho for the day and dreamed of the day Londoners could experience this magical dish every day too. After a lot of hard work and countless hours eating Pho, HOP as finally born in June 2015 in Broadgate, London. HOP offers all the classic Vietnamese street food dishes from Pho, Banh Mi and our signature Hot Rice Boxes. Ngon! (delicious!)
