Growing up in Singapore, Patou used to always look forward to her lunchtime school treats at the tuck shop; laksas, coconut rice, black rice, noodle broths and more. It was her childhood dream to own her own soup shop.

In 2004, mother and son team, Patou and Mark, founded Nusa Kitchen to bring that little slice of Singapore to the hungry office workers of London using generation-old recipes. Now they're cooking the finest soups, rice boxes, salads, wraps and breakfasts for hungry Londoners.
