In November 2012, the first Patty&Bun opened on James St, Marleybone … a small, cramped and intimate 30 cover restaurant with the ideals and ethos of serving the ultimate burgers underpinned by quality and an independent spirit. We work with some of the top artisan producers in the country to create our burgers and it’s this dedication to product that makes us who we are. Fundamentally, a great burger comes down to the basics, the Patty and the Bun. We have organically grown over the years and now have ten London restaurants, one in Brighton, a food truck and events business.
