Red Dog Saloon is an authentic Texas barbecue restaurant, serving St Louis Cut ribs, USDA brisket, 30-day aged chuck steak burgers and much more.Barbecue grew up in the South of the USA where cooks learned to slow roast cuts of meat over fire pits to make them tender. Exposure to the smoke of the smoldering wood added a distinctive smoky and juicy taste to the meat. Red Dog's award-winning smokers have been imported from the USA and are built to recreate the cooking process of those original fire pits, using the traditional American woods of hickory and mesquite to give a full smoke flavor, and the meat stays in the smoker for up to 18 hours.
