We have achieved our 0% landfill aim, 100% of our power comes from renewable sources, and we have reduced our water use by 40% by improving our processes. Being 100% sustainable in a catering environment is difficult, but we’ve ditched the disposables and aim to provide all our menus on sustainable, compostable packaging. As part of our partnership with Trees for Life, we plant 10,000 trees a year.
