We are a team of the most experienced Japanese chefs in London. Most of us have worked in the London sushi business since it began. We have been involved in the setting up and supply of most of the best sushi names over the last 17 years. We work around the clock seven days a week producing our foods, and we only use the freshest and finest ingredients. Like most people today, we are also very concerned about the environment and try to use all of our fish from sustainable sources.
