We only work with selected fish suppliers to ensure the salmon and tuna we sell is sustainably and ethically sourced. That means working with suppliers who don’t source endangered species, aim to limit unwanted bycatch and operate with a full traceability system to ensure they don’t sell us any illegally caught fish that has entered the supply chain.
All of the packaging we use for our rolls is 100% biodegradable. The bowls are made from sugarcane bagasse and they are 100% compostable.
