The Lebanese Sajera has been serving up fresh (literally and figuratively!) takes on Lebanese classics since 2015, when they brought a saj* over from Lebanon. They first started selling their signature manousheh* at food markets around Amsterdam.Sourced Responsibly
We like to mix it up, combining classic Lebanese flavours in unexpected ways. We get creative in the kitchen and carefully craft each recipe so every manousheh, side, sweet treat, platter, and pantry product strikes the right balance of texture – we like to contrast crunchy, chewy, and creamy – and flavour.
