We buy the best we can of the season – in summer months our lettuce is grown just down the road in Kent, in winter it’s from southern Europe (road freight of course) Our eggs are free range, our chicken is UK red tractor, and our coffee is triple certified Organic, Fairtrade and rainforest alliance.
