The sausages are made exclusively from Dutch organic meat, seasoned with the classic Italian flavors of fennel and thyme. Our unique sausages are served on a fresh corn roll with a choice of tender sauerkraut or arugula and homemade chutney. Upon consultation, we can also serve sublime onion-thyme burgers or juicy cheese-thyme meatballs. As a vegetarian option, we make a fresh bulgur salad with various homemade röstis or fresh fries with our own mayonnaise.
