Yolk was born out of greed. In a city of culinary excellence, why is grab-&-go so dull? Bored of bland staples and 'healthy' chains, founder Nick longed for a more exciting takeaway option. Only working with the best local suppliers Yolk create food which they are truly proud of. Think Steak Bearnaise sandwiches (dry-aged by Godfrey's butcher in Highbury), Eggs Benedict pots (with Clarence Court eggs) and fresh produce from Smith & Brock in Camberwell.
