Before joining the team in June 2018, Mark went to University in Preston and gained a degree in Journalism. He has a real passion for engagement and relationship building! Tell us a bit about yourself and experience

Like most of my team, I share a passion for great food! Having been brought up in a catering environment, it is my dream to be apart of EatFirst. Being a Northerner, we certainly know about good food (and drink). I like to share my knowledge with my clients and help them pick the perfect cuisine for their occasion.

Everyday is a blessing, I love what I do, it is awesome to be in a team that is so passionate in what we do!

Dream destination

Other than Preston? Has to be San Francisco.

Jerk Chicken, Rice & Peas.

Do you have any hidden talents most people don't know about?

Played football at Youth Level for my hometown football team - Preston North End. I'm also known in the team for being the life and soul of the party - if you ever need any recommendations for planning an event I'm your man!
