Welcome back to “A Lunch With,” Feedr’s monthly look at how our Cloud Canteen is reshaping office culture, wellbeing and team connection.
This month, we caught up with Rachel Bryant, Manager, Global Offices at Chainalysis, to see how Cloud Canteen has turned their weekly lunches into a highlight of the working week and a perk their team looks forward to.
About Chainalysis
At Chainalysis, the mission is to build trust in the blockchain ecosystem. The company provides cryptocurrency investigation and compliance solutions to global law enforcement agencies, regulators and businesses, helping them detect and prevent illicit activity across digital assets. By combining advanced data, technology and industry expertise, Chainalysis supports organisations around the world in navigating the rapidly evolving crypto landscape with confidence.
At Chainalysis, the team enjoys Feedr’s Cloud Canteen service twice a week, with a subsidy that gives employees the flexibility to choose meals that suit their tastes, dietary requirements and schedules. Alongside regular lunches, the team also partners with Feedr for special catering moments throughout the year - from celebrations like Christmas parties and Pancake Day to events such as International Women’s Day - helping bring people together through food in the office.

The Interview
Tell us a bit about your role at Chainalysis and what a typical day looks like for you.
I'm the Manager, Global Offices, based out of London. I oversee all our offices across the globe, so a typical day is never quite the same! It can range from managing the day-to-day of our London HQ to catching up with our Global Office Coordinators, setting up client meetings, planning team offsites, or organizing a fun social for the team.
The variety is what keeps it interesting.
How would you describe the culture at Chainalysis, and how does the office environment support that?
I’d describe the culture at Chainalysis as collaborative, fast‑moving, and pretty down‑to‑earth - people who work hard and take their work seriously. We’ve set up our offices to support that flow: there’s fully flexible seating with quieter pockets for focus work, social areas for collaboration, and plenty of phone booths and meeting rooms.
By offering perks like twice‑weekly catered lunches, snacks, and central locations, we make it easy for people to build their day around being in the office. Whether it's grabbing lunch together, running to the gym, or cycling in, the office feels more like a hub for connection and teamwork than just somewhere you clock in and out of.
You currently bring food into the office twice a week through Feedr’s Cloud Canteen with a team subsidy. How has that shaped the office experience for your team?
Offering a subsidised lunch has been a massive hit. For the team, it gives them great variety with rotating vendors - so there's always something different to try - but without the hassle of scrolling through endless options to find lunch.
From an operational side, it has made my life much easier. The invoicing is streamlined (even for catered events), and I don't have to worry when I'm away; I know the team can order and receive their lunches seamlessly without me being there to oversee it. It removes the admin stress and allows the team to just enjoy the food.
Have you noticed any changes in employee experience or office culture since using Feedr?
It has definitely brought the team closer together. Because lunch arrives at the same time for everyone, the team will often sit down and eat together rather than grabbing food at different times. It’s created a nice daily moment for connection and great conversation away from our desks.
What challenge were you facing before using Feedr, and how did our service address it?
Previously, we struggled with reliability - orders would arrive late, go missing, or sometimes not turn up at all, often with zero communication or customer support. It wasted a lot of time, and because there wasn't much food variety in our area, lunch felt like a chore. The disjointed delivery times also meant the team rarely ate together.
With Feedr, that all changed. Orders are prompt, communication is clear, and the customer service is quick and reliable. It’s a completely different experience.
Why did you choose Feedr over other providers?
We chose Feedr because of the ease of the platform, the proactive communication, and the fantastic suggestions for events. But ultimately, it came down to customer service. Nothing makes life easier for an Office Manager than having reliability and trust in a vendor, and Feedr delivers that.
Why it matters
For a fast-growing, global team like Chainalysis, creating opportunities for employees to connect in the office is key. With Feedr’s Cloud Canteen running twice a week, employees can choose meals that suit their preferences while making lunchtime something to look forward to on office days.
Beyond everyday lunches, partnering with Feedr for catering moments throughout the year - from Pancake Day to International Women’s Day and festive celebrations, helps turn food into a shared experience for the team. These moments bring people together, strengthen office culture and make time spent in the workplace more engaging and enjoyable.
👏 A huge thanks to the Chainalysis team for sharing their story!
