The Interview
What has been your favourite Feedr meal so far?
The Crispy Bombay Bowl from Sprout is very satisfying and absolutely delicious!
What do you love most about working with Feedr?
The team at Feedr have been responsive to any alterations or customisations that we have asked for and we really appreciate that flexibility and responsiveness.
How has Feedr made things easier for your team or office?
Feedr helps us get the team together each week to eat, socialise, and connect. Having pictures of the dishes to view has enabled the team to be more confident in their menu choices. Also, having the ability to order your meal days ahead of time has been very beneficial to the team, especially during busy periods.
Have you noticed any changes in employee satisfaction or office culture since using Feedr? Do you have any statistics to share?
I think that the meal donation feature is important to many people, and I know that they are happy that we have already donated over 600 meals in the past few months!
What challenge were you facing before using Feedr, and how did our service address it?
Our previous provider was great, but the UX on the platform was not as user-friendly as Feedr. Being able to filter by dietary requirements, see the dish and order early have all been beneficial to the team. The team at Feedr have been super attentive from our first meeting, and we were looking for those fast response times too.
Why did you choose Feedr over other providers?
At the risk of repeating myself, we chose Feedr due to the UX, the focus on environmental impact, the meal donation feature, and the responsiveness that we saw during the trial period.
Why it matters
For a globally distributed, fast moving company like Web Summit, office meal programs do more than feed people, they shape what it feels like to come into the office. Creating moments where people can pause, eat well and connect is invaluable. Feeder's Cloud Canteen, delivered to the Dublin office once a week, provides more than just convenience - it supports a culture of care and community, with healthy office lunches that reflect the team’s diverse tastes and dietary needs, plus the structure hybrid teams rely on.
With features like early ordering, dish images and meal donations the office lunch experience feels both seamless and meaningful. The results? What used to be a simple lunch break has evolved into an anticipated weekly event, a moment of connection that helps colleagues come together, interact across teams and celebrate the culture that makes Web Summit unique.
